Payment Options

No one will be denied access to Our Little Haven's Keystone Mental Health Services due to inability to pay. Keystone offers several resources to cover the costs of services. 
This practice has a discount, sliding fee schedule available.  Please see below.

Health Insurance 

Our practitioners maintain membership on private insurance panels, as well as public plans, such as straight Medicaid and Medicaid Managed Care Plans.

 

Sliding Fee Scale

This scale of discounted payment is based on income and family size, using Federal Poverty Guidelines. It is provided upon client request and application.

 

St. Louis Count Children Services Fund

This fund supports the cost of mental health services for children 19 years old and younger, and who are residents of St. Louis County.

 

Missouri Department of Social Services - Children's Division

Adult court-ordered services are paid for through funds authorized by the  Missouri Children's Division at the request of the case manager.
